Then $0.20 per additional active user/month.
JPY option: ¥899/month + ¥20 per additional active user.
Payment method required. Cancel during the trial to avoid a charge. After 30 days, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. No permanent free plan. Cancellation after the trial takes effect at the billing period end; paid fees are not prorated except where required by law. USD sales tax may apply.

Before you subscribe
How can I try KAISEON?
The guided demo needs no account or card. The separate 30-day trial provides a company workspace and requires payment details.
What happens after the trial?
Unless canceled during the 30-day trial, your subscription starts billing and renews monthly. Cancel within the trial to avoid the first charge.
When can I enter a referral code?
Enter your code at the trial signup entry. Eligible new businesses receive 10% off the first paid month after the 30-day trial. It is limited to the initial registration; self-referrals, re-registration and duplicate use are excluded.
What does the plan include?
Shared projects and collaborators, list/Kanban/Gantt views, progress records, impact review, monthly reports and task CSV import/export. Email support is available weekdays, 18:00–21:00 JST.
What should I check before subscribing?
Tasks are shared within the company. Projects organize work; they do not create private groups. Contact us first if advanced integrations or enterprise access controls are required.
What happens if I cancel a paid subscription?
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid fees are not prorated except where required by law. Read the Terms and Commercial Disclosure for details.
