- Price
- New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the Early Access Plan is JPY 899 per month, including Japanese consumption tax, for up to 50 active users. Beginning with the 51st active user, JPY 20 per user per month, including tax, is added.
- Additional Charges
- Customers are responsible for internet and data charges required to use the Service.
- Payment Method and Timing
- Payment is made by credit card or another method displayed by Stripe. The first payment is charged on the day after the free trial ends, followed by automatic payment on each monthly renewal date.
- Service Availability
- After registration through Stripe is completed, sign-up instructions are sent to the registered email address. All included features are available during the free trial.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at any time through “Manage payments, invoices, and cancellation” in the Service. Cancellation during the free trial prevents any subscription charge. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. If you cannot sign in, contact us from the registered email address.
- Refunds
- Because of the nature of the Service, paid fees and prorated amounts are nonrefundable after service begins, except where required by law.

- A currently supported major web browser with an internet connection is required.

- 販売価格以外の負担
- インターネット接続に必要な通信料金は利用者の負担です。
- 支払方法・時期
- クレジットカード等、Stripeの申込画面に表示される方法。無料期間終了日の翌日に初回決済し、以後は毎月の更新日に自動決済します。
- 提供時期
- Stripeで申込みが完了した後、登録メールアドレスへ利用開始案内を送信します。無料期間中もすべての対象機能を利用できます。
- 解約
- サービス内の「支払い・請求書・解約を管理」からいつでも手続きできます。無料期間中に解約した場合、利用料金は請求されません。無料期間終了後の解約は現在の契約期間の末日に反映され、次回更新以降の請求を停止します。
- 返金
- サービスの性質上、法令上必要な場合を除き、提供開始後の既払い料金および日割り料金は返金しません。
- 動作環境
- インターネットに接続できる、サポート期間内の主要なWebブラウザが必要です。
